[没有狗] NoDogs - 1.0.0 - by Noel2 - 狗狗不会出门被溜

Pets(dogs only,there have no other races not like four trees)now stay at home well-behaved or go to play in other city.

It needs to run for a period of time to take effect in an exist city, waiting for all pets that accompany their owners to go home. Some of them may go into neighbor cities.

Maybe slightly reduce CPU load & increase FPS.
